| Revocation rights
You can revoke your declaration of intent to conclude the contract without
stating reasons within 2 weeks in writing e.g. letter, fax, e-mail or by
returning the goods. The cancellation period shall commence at the earliest on receipt of a
separately sent written notice of cancellation. Sending the revocation or the goods within the time limit shall be
sufficient to amount to compliance to the revocation period. You can find these
informations in the German Civil Code (BGB): § 312c Abs. 2 BGB , § 1 Abs. 1, 2
and 4 BGB-InfoV and § 312e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB, § 3 BGB-InfoV.
